I offer delivery. With my delivery policy, If you are within the Cincinnati, or Kentucky area. Please contact me @ 513-647-8122 after purchasing products. I charge a $5 delivery fee. I will be available 24/7 to answer any questions regarding your products. I do NOT offer "MEET UPS" or any late delivery after 9pm will be extra fee.

If anything has went wrong with your order I do free exchnages. Meaning YOU HAVE NOT wore your lashes and want a different pair I offer. If it is a pair I do not no longer carry I will issue a FULL refund back to original payment.

With our shipping policy please allow 1-2 business days! If package is under any of these conditions; damanged, stolen, or late arrival while being transported to one facilty to another. I AM NOT Responible, I make sure everything is in GREAT condition before shipping off products! After it has left my hands anything else YOU will need to contact your local post office.

Care Instructions
Please make sure you are taking your lashes off properly. I carry lash serum to make sure your eye lashes are still growing underneath the strip lashes. DO NOT SLEEP, with them on it can cause serve damange to the eyes and eye lids.
